Me too, and since last night. I'm afraid I flailed a little bit, but all's well, and I got her mobile number out of the whole affair, so she'll have no way of escaping me now ;)
It's terrible when something happens to online friends or acquaintances. With RL friends, you know who to call and you can look in on them. But once it gets beyond country borders, it's so much more difficult.

It got me thinking about my own arrangements though - I might just say to hell with it and post contact details under friendslock, because I doubt I'll get phonespam or stalkers from across the globe anyway ;) As long as no-one takes after certain people and texts me at ungodly hours of the morning after forgetting time differences...
I guess you can always find someone who knows, but still...
I used to give out my cell phone number to a few friends, just in case. But that was two phone numbers ago, so... well. Might not work anymore. A pity LJ's text message feature doesn't work for Austrian providers. That would make it so much easier.
Does your provider offer a mail-to-sms gateway (most of them do)? That's how I got my LJ texts working despite my provider being unsupported - I entered "Other" as service provider and the e-mail address that gets messages to my mobile instead of the phone number (ie, 48xxxxxxxxxx@text.plusgsm.pl, since I've a phone with Plus GSM).
Mine doesn't seem to offer it. Discount provider. *sigh* I'll send them a service request, though, so in case they're simply hiding it well I should know tomorrow.
