I wanted to post appropriate icons for today, but yesterday's madness left a mark, so I'll be over there ----> curled up with Tonio and a Georgette Heyer book I haven't read before. In their stead, in celebration of a certain anniversary, a video I hear is having trouble getting playtime on air...

Date: 2006-04-02 05:08 pm (UTC)dealerromance novel publisher finally decided to start bringing out her titles in translation. They even got a decent translator, though of course it loses GH's lovely period stylisation...I read Sylvester in English and adored it :) Whatta guy!

That's a shame about the translation.
Have you tried e-bay? There's where I picked up some of my hardcover copies. (I find that many of my paperbacks that have been read a lot or are over 25 years old have a nasty tendency to fall apart...)
