Off to the lakeside for nine days. Back on Monday the 17th, but mail will definitely get checked and answered, and web access may happen if I can get the mobile phones to behave long enough to let me connect. GSM coverage holes are annoying :P
Once I actually get to posting the photos in some sort of order, you'll see the babies too :D We saw the cutest deer family, mum, elder sister and baby. The mum was cleaning the elder daughter, and the baby was all "I clean too!"
*animal lover - turn on * Dear is fabulous, getting so close to deer is one of my smaller dreams *...and turn off* Have a good and relaxing time at lakeside, hope weather will be good :)
The trouble with the Nara deer is that stands like that sell special deer cookies all over the place, and the deer know you have them. Little did we know that the most aggressive males cluster by the first stand by the station and swarm anyone foolish enough to buy deer cookies there ;) I got stepped on by the stampede.
