For yay: last year during the Canadian Formula 1 Grand Prix, Robert Kubica managed to total his car and the general consensus was that he was lucky to be alive, never mind intact. This year, same Grand Prix - he won his first-ever F1 race and took the lead in the overall drivers' ranking. Yay :)

For boo: Football... what football? Poland-Poland 2:0 :P I just pity Lukasz Podolski - not his fault the German national team drafted him first.

Meh, won, lost, what's the difference anyway! xD I enjoyed watching the game. :3
Polish ZPN and getting and training young talents fails na całej linii, that's why, our representation is weak. ;) But Mr. Leo is a great trainer! :D
I hate only hate the fact that whiny Poles will use this game as another reason for complaining and being whiny! Jeez, stfu already~ Poland is not a "chosen nation" or anything, work hard and get results, otherwise, shut up, no complaining. xDDD LOL

Hey, your football team at least stood a chance on paper. Ours decided to ensure a victory for the Croatians by giving them a penalty shot two minutes into the game.

Hey, technically all goals in our game were scored by a Pole ;) IIRC he still has dual citizenship.

(Mind you, between you people and Croatia, we still stand a chance of getting up to being crushed by Portugal...)

I saw part of it on German TV, and the commentators kept discussing how very decent and proper he was for not cheering after the goals. :-)
