I'm of two minds whether he escaped from someone's apartment (today's a national holiday and a lot of people leave for the resulting Thursday-Sunday long weekend), or if someone dumped him there because they know we're cat people. Plus, this is a six-week-old baby - still stumbling on stubby paws. Who could throw out sweetness like this? :S
