Taniec Wampirów (Tanz der Vampire) picspam

I just found a treasure-trove of gorgeous Warsaw!Tanz at the Glinka Photo Agency. Here are a few favourite, a taste of why I'm so devoted to this show, in the visual layer as well as the aural one:



Graf von Krolock, singing Gott ist Tot, unearthly and hypnotising. His eyes glisten in the darkness, and at that point I'm usually doing the gaspy "omg <3" thing.


Herbert in the rapture of love <3 His shirt is the king of ruffles!


I'm not too fond of our Sarah, but the prayer/chorus scene they added at the end of Die Roten Stiefel is gorgeous, as she hesitates for the last time.


Wohl der Nacht, and if that guy invited me in, I'd go anywhere.


Random Krolock laugh, possibly from Sie irren since that's the red second-act cravat. Mmm, pretty demonic vampire...


Totale Finsternis. Sarah's doing a pretty good impression of me at that point, complete with hand gestures.


EDIT: SWEET LUCIFER!!!! They extended the run! They're bloody playing it until June 25th, only announced today, seventh row tickets or BUST! XD XD XD

I wonder how much plane tickets for Poland cost... and a passport... and tickets for the final show... June 25th... would be a nice (and probably expensive) birthday prestent, and likely I won't be able to make it at all, but still - a girl can dream!

Hmm. always did wonder how they sang with those fangs on...

I can solve the last of that riddle for you - best tickets are about 80PLN (20 EUR) these days, and I'll be buying far too much of those ~_~

But hey, there's an album out, and I'll be buying tons and sending it all over the place anyway :> And they sing quite nicely with the fangs on, though they were having a bit of trouble during the first few shows...

Just make sure to somehow obtain an autograph. I'm sure a little bribing of one of the theatre's managerial staff could get you that, no? (Because I know for sure it would work in Romania... *smirk*)

I'm not crazy about autographs, but I saw footage from the promotion of the photo album - he was obligingly biting fangirls' necks as they took pictures with him. If he does the same thing at the CD promotion meet, I certainly won't refuse him a taste ;)

Hey, no sweat - mp3s can be arranged too, and I'll have to leave a few copies of the album for other fans...

(Or me. I'm going to find out first hand whether it's possible to wear a CD out so badly it doesn't play anymore.)

I just wish there were some capeswirly photos. That guy works his cape like nobody's business. There's even a bathtub photo (from where he appears to Sarah as she's bathing, and jumps on top of the bathtub at one point), but again, no capeswirl. Bah humbug :P

Alfred, or at least Herbert declares it to be so. Partially in order to freak Alfred the hell out, I always thought ;) Wocial makes weird faces in the photos on that site, but I'm rather fond of this one.
