Them: "I have contacted the registry and your domain name should start to resolve within 12-24 hours."

Verdict? 24 hours ultimatum. Then I'm getting the spellbook. There's this neat incantation for summoning demons... I do know he took Feanaro as his "true" self-chosen name...


Other news: OUATIM and X to be posted as soon as I've a valid address to direct feedback to. Currently plotting Silmarillion detatched-multi-part on the lines of "Back in the Fold" or the "Virtual Future" x-series, with an original POV character (everyman type, not Mary Sue) and some gratuitous MaeFin in the second story.

ETA: And of course LOTR/Silm Singer By The Shore will be going up on ff.net too :) I'm really happy about the feedback on it so far.

MaeFin is never gratuitous. It's, you know, character-driven.

Not this one. They shoo out the OC, they talk seriously about Fingolfin's latest gripes as to the way Maedhros runs Himring, they look at each other for a moment, and then they're suddenly on the floor sans clothes.

...damn, I'll need to write a side-story for my story.

You know, Feanor could probably figure out how to reinstate your domain in addition to avenging you.

That's more or less the point. I'm just somewhat afraid his next move would be to found a software company and take Microsoft out of business...
