Recipe: Muffins of decadence

My colleagues won't let a birthday pass by without a demand for sweets, so I spent this evening baking alarming quantities of muffins ~.~
But! For the first time I made up a muffin recipe almost from scratch, and had it come out right :D
Dry ingredients:
2.5 cups of flour
0.5 cup of dark cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
0.5 teaspoon baking powder
0.5 teaspoon salt
Generous amount of gingerbread spice mix
Wet ingredients:
3 eggs
0.5 cup of milk
0.5 cup of Greek yoghurt
0.75 cup of oil (should be sunflower, but I only had rice oil...)
0.5 cup of strong instant coffee
0.25 cup of dark rum
1 tablespoon dark honey
Mix dry, mix wet, mix together, add a cup / 200g / 2 tablet-fulls of dark chocolate chips and half a cup of golden/sultana raisins. Fill small muffin/cupcake tins, into the oven for 20 minutes. Repeat until out of batter.
Break up another tablet of dark bitter chocolate into a microwaveable bowl, add a splash of milk, microwave until the chocolate is soft and can be mixed with the milk into a ganache. Frost.
Feed to sugar-starved coworkers and rest assured they won't have the mind to ask which birthday this is.
Now to sleep, and wake up a year older...
