Uwe!Phantom versus Ethan!Phantom kind of improvement. Upon analysis, I think that Kevin is just a master imitator. In Hamburg, he was imitating a very bored Thomas Borchert, and doing it as very, very camp because he knew it'd piss Borchert off. In Oberhausen, he is snickering madly at Jan's wild enthusiasm, and the same enthusiasm rubs off on him, so he's a solid, lovely Krolock. On a level with Borchert at his best and most interested (say, the anniversary concert).
