The people in that poster actually all look like women to me. :-)
I'm not so much a yaoi fan myself, though I am starting to see some occasional subtext. Friend is, though, and I think she's been drawing original comics/manga with m/m relationships in it. Haven't seen her for a long time, though, and I've lost a bit of track with what she's doing now. From what I can find of her presence on the net, yup, she still is.
(I do believe she's based her own Death character on the one from Elisabeth; check out this)
