okay, who knocked at my coffin?

I had yesterday off, but for once I spent it totally dead. I barely even checked LJ, and I don't remember any of the entries I read, so sorry if I missed something (I've already checked that artaxastra has two chapters of Napoleonic goodness I've yet to read). Hopefully I'm not coming down with anything :S

I'm reading the Coldfire trilogy - I'm three-quarters of the way into the first book and Tarrant is cool. Then again, I expected to like him. I tend to go this way with the über-vamps.

Happy birthday to neotoma and a belated one to zenicurean. To my defense, work has been chewing up my bones lately.

Once I get my own place, I need to get a bed shaped like a really big luxurious coffin. It could slide under the normal really big luxurious bed, and I'd only pull it out when I would be really tired, tired enough to want to spend the night without tossing and turning.
