Best meal ever, detailed description
If I had to get a tattoo--what? Where?
If I could steal a piece of history--what? Why?
Me:
1. A piece of chocolate cake that was pure bitter chocolate. It's a long story including jetlag, the only hangover I ever had, and a posh hotel. The moment I bit into the cake, after a day of no food, was pure heaven. Everyone at the table fell over laughing :)
2. A certain haiku by Basho, in red kanji, behind my ear.
3. The Holy Grail, of course. Why think small?
My muses:
1. Sands says I can guess. Subaru and Seishirou, surprisingly, agree on vanilla sundaes from a small parlour in Tokyo that was recently levelled by an earthquake; they're however not forthcoming about the details.
2. Sands would like a pair of eyes on his shoulderblade. Subaru points to his hands and mutters something unprintable. Seishirou, after long deliberation, decides for the kanji "sakura" superimposed over Subaru's name, on his arm.
3. Sands thinks it'd be cool to steal Lenin's mummified body. Subaru opts for saving Chinese magical lore lost in the Cultural Revolution. Seishirou wants the skull of the guy who dropped the bomb on Hiroshima; he mutters something about his grandfather sleeping on the job.
