Btw, I'm not sure about Dru, but Spike's certainly not the kind to go around calling von Krolock Senior by his title, or gods forbid Excellenz - is he going to be just calling him "Krolock" (and inviting possible confusion)? The canon first name's Alfred, but since that just invites even more confusion, I usually go with Johannes...
