winter | Writing frustration

I totally should post something Star Wars related, except for the fact that I didn't realise posting my info in

imadra_blue's friending meme would lead to people actually friending me. So. Um. Probably not the right moment to mention the fact I haven't touched Star Wars with a ten foot pole in a long while.

Anyway, spent today trying to fic and failing. Current working-on-them-right-now list, just to motivate me tomorrow at work, because apparently I'm unable to write at home; at this rate I'll be able to write something I want to write around... hm, July?

Oh, and on top of everything else I may be able to combine my obligations towards

fyrie, the Coldfire people and the Star Wars people in one fic. But I've a feeling it might get me a wee bit flamed =^.^=

fyrie did it again. The next installment of her Buffy/Tanz crossover killed me even deader. Even if you don't know anything about Buffy or Tanz, if you have the slightest fondness for dominant vampires, for Lucifer's sake read this story.

Writing Dooku now for some reason, mostly because von Krolock is still gathering resolve to face a very unpleasant situation I want to put him in. Which is rather hypocritical of him, since he's not the one dying of having his guts ripped out in this fic...

Oh, good if it isn't Tanz. The image of Gerald and von Krolock teaming up against Vader was slightly worrisome.

If he's doing the ripping, then I can understand the reluctance. Those stains are so hard to get out of clothing.

My Gerald and von Krolock get along surprisingly well, but I'm hoping that inevitable tag-teaming will happen against a more challenging opponent than Yippee!Boy ;)

Nope. All he has to do in the fic is listen, and then munch on someone. Not my fault that he decided to have existential angst over vampirising his son at said son's firm request...

*laughs* Gerald and von Krolock just seem to have a lot in common. I can just picture them team up to eliminate that mind-whammying brat.

And well, it's a good moment to go into existential angst...

I don't know if you're familiar with Batman, and Batman Begins, but I'm beginning to think they might find a bit of a challenge in taking on Ra's Al Ghul. He's functionally immortal, so once they're done with him they can chuck his corpse into a Lazarus Pit and he'll be ready for more fun the next morning...

Herbert's rather annoyed, since he's the one bleeding all over the bed while dad is frozen at the door to the inn. I can relate to his irritation, really.

Not familiar with the guy, but he certainly sounds like someone they would like. Perfect for all kinds of experiments - imagine the fun they can have!

Ah. I imagine I'd be slightly impatient in that case as well. So he'd better get over his existential angst quickly before Herbert gets really upset?

That, and he's an eco-terrorist who thinks humanity should die/regress in civilisation so that nature can thrive. Right up Gerald's alley, really, I won't even have to prod our dear Hunter into action.

Herbert says that he can always start with the gruesome sound effects to provide motivation, but he'd rather not. It's undignified.

Ouch. Eco-terrorism. While Gerald may be all for nature terrorizing annoying people, it's only permitted if it happens under his control, without threatening his carefully constructed society.

*pets Herbert* And dignity is everything, of course.

BTW, what colour lightsaber would Damien have? Gerald scoffed at red and went with pure Gary Stu white, but I'm stuck for Damien's weapon.

Probably the standard blue. Nice, ritualistic, traditional :) (although, at the core, flecks of another shade ;))

I'm dithering between that and purple. Damien, however, is clinging to the blue...

Ohdear. Now Gerald's smugly declaring that while Damien's original lightsaber was blue, he has had to construct a new one for several reasons. And the blighter won't tell me what colour that is. Grr.

BAHAHAH! Blue with purple flecks, dependant on the crystal frequency he uses when he charges the blade ;)

Damien just groaned something that sounded like "anything but purple". Judging by Gerald's smirk, you've hit the nail head on :D
