Lestat is closing this Sunday

With 39 "official" performances, I believe it did even worse than Crawford's version of Dance of the Vampires. Considering Elton John's comments about a new kind of vampire musical with "no garlic, no crosses, absolutely no dancing vampires", I can't help but chuckle a little. Like von Krolock in my icon.

I pity the cast, though. They assembled such a lot of talented people, it's not their fault the music was trite...

*grins* I could never manage that asteriskified way. When I first started RPG-ing, everyone seemed to play that way, but as players drifted away, we went into proper blocks of text and in past tense, which was so much easier.

Actually, I did do paragraph RP once, in a second-age LOTR thing that alas fizzled out. I had a lovely Sauron, very evil and a total puppy for his Melkor. Rather Herbert-like. *uses his icon for old times' sake*

I really have RP'd too long in too many fandoms :D My babies are all hidden and good grief, I'd forgotten how many there were :D

Alas, that my main player in 4 of them has abandoned them and for the other, both our muses seem unconscious :(

*g* That was where I started writing smut for the first time. I'd never done it before and then, I got handed a Boromir muse who turned out to have issues with bondage and revelled in domination and control games. There was an incident with Aragorn and a fireplace which startled a few of the players ;)

Actually, mortals who are twisted like the Marquis generally scare me more than vampires and suchlike. Even VK as a mortal probably wouldn't freak me out quite as much.

*g* My only guttermouth is Faith with a little side of Spike. Most of my boys are beautifully mannered. I think the Elves intimidate them otherwise. Especially Maglor, because you do not want a homicidal, drug-adled Ancient creature like him as an enemy.
