Beth Winter. Elizabeth CJ Winter is the full form. Well, there's also the full-full form with what CJ stands for, but not telling that ;)

II. Do you use your real name online?

Nope. Too uncommon and too difficult to pronounce. On top of which, I'm intending to have a professional career someday - wouldn't do to simply google for the CFO and find gay pr0n written by same :)

III. What is your handle, or online name?

IV. Where did your handle come from?

Used to be "Winter Raven", something I got from a random fantasy name generator. Elizabeth was to be the name I'd take at confirmation.

And I've always been vaguely worried about that, too... my boss finding my blog where I talk about how I want him to be eaten by rabid goats and such... but most folks I've worked for are too un-internet-educated for me to really start to sweat.

And nobody can pronounce my name either. u_u Damn the French.
