It's utter brilliance. I laughed out loud at the bus stop, I kept chortling throughout, there are the obligatory chilly moments and the "OMG why haven't I thought of it before???" ones. And it's partly about con artists, and Vetinari. It's a wonderful way to escape for an afternoon, that's for sure.
