Scandinavian rye-bread almost qualifies, but doesn't quite have the crunch ;)

Mind you, I find food ingredients in many countries all but flavourless. An average grocery shop in Poland will have both fresh heirloom vegetables and fruit (including apple varieties hundreds of years old), at least 20 varieties of cured meats, no less than 4 varieties of bread (and 5 of rolls), and goodness knows what else.
