I think it depends on whether the title is courtesy or substantive. And yeah, it's terribly confusing.

The period choice sounds nice - all the turmoil and unrest in the Balkans right on Krolock's doorstep, cars staring to appear, ample opportunities to go "oh dear, times are changing, people will soon forget their gods and a Terrible Darkness Will Appear..." :>
